"What DO our names mean?"
I am sure you all know what Chipotle and Jalepeno mean. If you didn't, you would learn when you saw our name, and you'd realize our name are spices. But just for the heck of it, i looked up the official definition of our names.
Jalepeno: hot green or red pepper of Southwestern U.S. and Mexico.
Chipotle: a ripe jalepeno pepper that has been dried and smoked for use in cooking.
COOL, HUH?
